Testing is indispensible in any ERP implementation. It provides with an assurance that the processes and controls have been indeed mapped as intended and in fact will meet the requirements. In real world however "Testing" happens in a disjointed manner, as a result, the companies fail to harvest the value. Often they spend millions of dollars in testing and the testing projects are profusely littered with testing resources and tools entailing a huge expenditure of time and money. Most of these initiatives are not borne out of a strategy that seeks to align with the overall governance requirements so the results are found to be inadequate and at times very disappointing.
This webinar will explain the harmony between testing and governance and the "Testing" best practices. This has been designed keeping in mind that most of the testing professionals are technical consultants and have little exposure to the tenets of governance. As a corollary the governance professionals will find value in sense they will have a firsthand idea about how testing happens in their realm.
